Best Glute Activation Routine on the Web!

I’ve been doing this core routine every morning for the last three months and it’s helped my back pain tremendously! Activate the glutes every morning to build a naturally stable posterior chain that helps you progress in the gym.

I had a bulging disc and fractured vertebrae. After two long years of failed recovery, Squat University helped me get back to the power and agility movements that make me feel whole.

I start my morning “stretch” routine with cat/cow then move into the routine in the video above. If I’m especially stiff or sore, I’ll start with the McGill Big Three to loosen up and to assess whether I should move on to this core routine or focus more on stretching.
